Barbara McLean has been in Critical Care practice for over 40 years and currently serves as an evidence-based practice clinical specialist for the Grady Health System, Atlanta, GA. She is a member of several organizations, including the SCCM, AAST, and AACN, with whom she was awarded the Excellence in Education award and Circle of Excellence for Clinical Practice.

Renowned Clinical Educator and Speaker
Nicole Kupchik has been a Critical Care RN for over 25 years. Nicole finds her passion as a popular lecturer and arms nurses with tools to create safe work and practice environments.
